SUMMER CAMP June 17-August 1 2024

MONDAY:

5:30 - 7:00 TeamG Early Players (Advanced) Ages 7-12

Description - Players with tennis exposure without the experience of playing in fully competitive situations. Players should have knowledge of how to hit balls with proper strokes, but No Tournament exposure.

TUESDAY:

3:30 - 5:00 TeamG Satellite Class  Ages 8-11

Description - Tennis players who are competing in tournaments or will be competing in tournaments at the Green Dot level at minimum. This class is a developmental class for tournament players looking for good competition & tournament level exposure.

Dates: April 9,16,23,30 ($212) May 7,14,21,28 ($212)

5:00 - 7:00 TeamG High Performance Class  Ages 12-18

Description - Tournament Ready athletes looking to make progress towards state rankings, national rankings or High School Varsity teams. This program is for those players attempting to be future college players & play at the next level.

7:00 - 8:00 Adult Beginners Tennis Class  Adults only

Description - This class will be a fun filled, energy focused introduction to tennis. We will be teaching groundstrokes, volleys, and serving. The goal will be to teach players to play sets and to be able to score & play with partners. We will play music & foster a fun environment.

7:00 - 8:00 Adult Intermediate Tennis Class Adults only

Description - This class is for Adults that know how to play but want to improve their skill set with high level coaching. The goal is to improve offensive shots such as serves and improve tactics. We want to help players improve movement & learn during match play. Coaches will give tactics and advice during point play.

WEDNESDAY:

3:30 - 4:30 TeamG Littles Ages 5-7

Description - Class for young athletes who are interested in exploring the game of tennis. The littles will be introduced to movement & tennis drills mixed with a lot of FUN!

4:30-5:30 Youth Beginners Class Ages 7-11

Description - Players with no tennis exposure who are looking to learn the basics of tennis & how movement is involved to help them perform the tasks of hitting and tracking a ball. This class will be focused on fun movement games & ball tracking drills to introduce tennis

5:30 - 6:30 Beginners Pickleball Adults only

Description - Pickleball Class for those that want to learn the Fun Filled game of Pickleball. You will learn to serve, rally, volley and dink while learning how to keep score. Keeping score is probably the most challenging for new players.

6:30 - 7:30 Intermediate Pickleball Adults Only

Description - Pickleball class for those that have some experience or have some competitive tennis playing background. Faster paced play and we focus on some of the more advanced areas of the game. Harder serves, net play and how to absorb pace from more advanced playing styles. In this class we teach a tactic and then let the players “play” competing games while monitoring and giving some game playing advice to participants.
